He plays safety (SS) and free safety (FS) and is part of the Class of 2026. He is listed at 6'0" and around 175-195 lbs. In the 2024 season, he accumulated 80 total tackles (61 solo), 12 pass breakups, four tackles for loss, and one interception. He also contributed on special teams with a blocked punt and two onside kick recoveries. Owen Whistler has received an offer from UTEP.
